Technical Results Neapolitan Category

On the 24th and 25th September 2018 the Fourth Pulcinella Trophy was held at the Mostra D’Oltremare, a pizza-maker competition successfully completed in its fourth edition!
This competition aims to demonstrate the skills and mastery of pizza makers. The race took place in an atmosphere of serenity and healthy competition.

The skill of pizza makers was evaluated by a technical jury that took into account 4 evaluation criteria: preparation, drafting, cleaning, cooking and technical voting. To these were added the votes of the technical sheet, a series of theoretical questions evaluated by Dr. Simona Lauri.
